How does VAVAVA guarantee accessibility and adaptability?

Our professionals assess and certify that the transport, facilities and services meet our high standards of accessibility and adaptability. Whenever possible, we personally check compliance with these standards and, when this is not possible, we hold an interview with those responsible for the service and ask them to answer our accessibility and adaptability questionnaire.

Do you only offer trips for groups?

VAVAVA specialises in managing groups of people with special needs, but we also organise trips for individuals or families travelling with a person with a disability.

Who are VAVAVA's clients?

Foundations, public and private entities, sports clubs, associations and special education schools whose users are people with physical, intellectual and/or sensory disabilities.

Also those families who travel with a person with a disability.

Are the trips and stays standard or tailor-made?

All our projects are tailored to the tastes, preferences and needs of the group and the people who form it, both in terms of destinations, accommodation, transport and activities, always prioritising their accessibility and adaptability.

What types of disability do you contemplate?

Physical, intellectual and/or sensory.

What flexibility does VAVAVA offer on bookings made?

We are aware that when managing groups there may be last minute changes, so we try to be flexible and adapt to these changes. We are aware that the management of a group of people can cause changes at the last minute, so we offer cancellation conditions that are consistent with this reality.

How far in advance should I book my group trip?

In order to identify, guarantee and propose the best destinations and services that are accessible and adapted to your group, it is advisable to start the project between six and three months before the date. This is especially true for trips and stays during peak tourist periods such as Easter or July and August. Anticipating means ensuring that the trip can be made in the best possible conditions and at the best possible price.

What kind of assistance does VAVAVA offer during the trip or stay?

We are available 24 hours a day. By telephone, whatspp and web, the group leaders can contact us to inform us of any incident. We will get to work to resolve it.
