1. USER INFORMATION
FUNDACIÓ SIQUE, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, is the Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and therefore provides you with the following processing information:
Purpose of Processing:
Maintain a commercial relationship with the user in relation to the products or services offered. In addition, the operations planned to carry out the processing are:
- Conduct statistical studies.
- Process orders, requests, or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms made available to them.
- Send the website’s newsletter (if applicable).
- Send commercial advertising communications by email, mobile applications, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and related to their products and services, or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotional agreement.
Data Retention Criteria:
Data will be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data or its total destruction.
Data Disclosure:
Your contact details will be disclosed to the transport company to deliver the order, and billing details to our tax advisor responsible for tax processing. Web developers, the company that hosts us on its servers, and email distribution service companies will also have access. All of them have regulated access to this data with us for the exclusively described purpose. It will not be disclosed to any other third party for processing, except for legal obligations.
User Rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to object to and data portability. The data subject has the right to receive all personal data concerning them that they have provided to a controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means.
- Right to access, rectify, and delete their data, and to limit or object to its processing.
- Right of access: The interested party will have the right to request and obtain free of charge the information of their personal data submitted to treatment, the origin of these data, as well as the communications made or that are foreseen to be made of them. When the interested party presents the request by electronic means, and unless they request that it be facilitated in another way, the information will be facilitated in a common use electronic format. The right to obtain a copy will not negatively affect the rights and freedoms of others.
- Right of rectification and deletion: the person in charge of the treatment has the obligation to make effective the right of rectification or deletion of the interested party within ten days. Personal data whose treatment does not conform to the provisions of the law and in particular, when these data are inaccurate and incomplete, must be rectified or deleted if applicable, they will have the right to obtain without undue delay, the rectification of the inaccurate personal data that concern them. The interested party has the right to complete the personal data that is incomplete, including by means of an additional declaration.
- Right to limitation of treatment: the interested person has the right to obtain from the person in charge of the treatment the limitation of the treatment of the data. When the processing of personal data has been limited, they may only be processed for their conservation, with the consent of the interested party, for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims, with the intention of protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of public interest. Any interested party who has obtained the limitation of the treatment will be informed by the person in charge before the lifting of this limitation.
- Right of opposition: the interested party will have the right to oppose at any time, for reasons related to their particular situation, to personal data that concern them (public interest and legitimate interest) being subject to treatment, including the elaboration of profiles based on these provisions. FUNDACIÓ SIQUE will stop processing personal data, unless it accredits compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
