The certification comes in the form of a stamp, and reaches two levels, depending on the result of the assessment:

FRIENDLY PLACE means that it is an establishment, activity or service that is accessible and adapted in terms of architecture, space and function.

EXCELLENT FRIENDLY PLACE to the above adds aspects related to how food and healthcare needs are met, and the willingness of the service to treat and attend disabled customers, among other factors.
